We use Six Sigma management methods to collect and analyze empi- rical and statistical information to make data-driven recom-mendations for improvements.

We have applied continuous improvement through LEAN events, Kaizens, and Hoshin Kanri exercises to identify waste, non-value added steps, and inefficiencies.
